Analyst Force Design and Personnel
Summary:
The main purpose of this contract is to provide operational contract support (OCS) doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities (DOTMLPF) development and integration services in support of (ISO) Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Proponent Office for Operational Contract Support (TPO-OCS).
Primary Place of Performance Fort Lee, VA
Job Description:
Establish and maintain coordination with CASCOM Force Development Directorate (FDD) and FDDs at other TRADOC Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Identify and synchronize force design requirements.
Establish and maintain coordination with personnel proponent offices.
Establish and maintain point of contact (POC) list.
Participate in force design and personnel coordination meetings.
Attend telephone and video teleconferences (VTC).
Prepare and submit meeting summaries and memorandums.
Research, analyze, and prepare force design update (FDU) packages.
Research, analyze and recommend OCS personnel solutions.
Prepare input to military occupational classification (MOC) updates.
Research, analyze and report Total Army 3C (Capabilities, Competencies, and Capacities) additional skill identifier (ASI) required, authorized, and filled positions quarterly.
Research, analyze and report trained personnel filling 3C ASI positions by component, command, and unit yearly.
Qualifications:
Department of Defense SECRET clearance.
Minimum of bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 6 years of experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro.
Four (4) years of experience in force development.
Four (4) years of experience retrieving data from the Force Management System website (FMSWeb).
Four (4) years of experience with The Army Authorization Documents System (TAADS).
Three (3) years of experience with the Military Occupational Classification System (MOCS) and Personnel Authorization Module website (PAMWEB).
Experience in OCS is desired.
